I am a bodyworker, movement and breathwork teacher. I use myofascial release, deep tissue massage, hot stones, and techniques drawn from yoga to help people suffering from chronic muscular-skeletal pain, headaches, migraines, sciatica, whiplash, RSI, fibromyalgia and stress. I blend together all of my skills to give every person a tailored treatment that meets their needs. I can help you:

I use a wide range of techniques in my bodywork sessions including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, hot stones, joint mobilisation, trigger point work, muscle energy technique (MET), craniosacral work and neuromuscular techniques. Good massage is a two-way process where you and I meet and work together. Every treatment is unique and I do not work to any set routine. "Massage is like a dance" - it flows, is intuitive and allows the body to find its own pathway to healing.

After our initial conversation, I will choose the techniques I use based on your needs and then flow them together in a way that does not promote pain but seeks to enable your body to bring itself into balance. I will communicate with you and work 'with' you towards your goals rather than just 'doing' massage to you.

An important element of my work is helping you to facilitate a deeper understanding of your body. I do this in a variety of ways drawing on my experience of teaching yoga, breathwork and mindfulness. I love to enable people to take ownership of their healing and I believe that sustainable self-care comes from having a range of different tools and techniques to choose from.

I do not fix people - no therapist can do that. I prefer to think of myself as the person who facilitates your body to begin healing itself. You are the participant in this process. Your body will speak and we will listen. When we listen, we can understand what needs to change so that pain, stress or imbalance can be released.

Shorter sessions for existing clients only. We can use these sessions to target a specific problem area. You can also use these sessions to come from kinesiology taping if you have an injury or muscular imbalance that needs support.

60 mins £50

This is my standard session which allows plenty of time to explore how your body is feeling, target any areas of chronic pain, while also giving you space to relax deeply. New clients get 75 mins to allow us to have a full consultation. These sessions can be bodywork only, movement-based, breathwork & deep relaxation or mindfulness.

The full body hot stone fusion experience which I guarantee will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and reset! This treatment is only available at my private clinic in Macclesfield and must be booked directly with me.
