I was drawn to bodywork after suffering a rock climbing injury followed by a frozen shoulder. I have suffered from chronic pain and understand how debilitating it is. I started training in 2010 and loved it so much that I quit my job as an archaeologist and started training to become a bodyworker.
I have been fortunate to have trained with some of the best bodyworkers in the UK and the US. My core training was undertaken with The Massage Training Institute (Holistic Massage) and Jing (Advanced Myofascial Release & Hot Stone Fusion). I have also trained with Darrien Pritchard, Teach Therapy, John Gibbons, and Neil Asher.
I undertook my Yoga Teacher training with Yogaview in Chicago in 2012 and returned to deepen my training with them over several years. My main teachers now are Clare Mark, Jason Crandell and Brea Johnson. I am grateful to everyone I have met through bodywork and yoga because each person has taught me something.
