I utilise a holistic approach and a 'no pain, no strain' approach to movement, which will help you to release tension and replace it with a calm nervous system and efficient movement patterns. I blend this movement work with bodywork, myofascial release, breathwork and relaxation techniques.
This is deeply personal work for me as I have localised joint hypermobility, and for many, many years, I struggled with movement and recurring pain. I have a deep understanding of hypermobility and the challenges it presents.
