Helping hypermobile bodies feel safer & stronger

If your body often feels unpredictable, painful, or misunderstood — you’re not alone.
I work with people experiencing chronic pain and all forms of hypermobility (including HSD, hEDS and EDS), helping you develop a clearer understanding of your body and discover ways of moving that feel supportive rather than stressful.
If you suspect you may be hypermobile but aren’t sure, we can gently explore your movement patterns together.
Through breathwork and movement informed by the Integrated Movement Model (IMM), we work collaboratively to create greater comfort, stability, and confidence in your body. This is slow, intentional work. It is not a quick fix — and it isn’t about “correcting” your body. Instead, it’s about building awareness, stability, and strength over time.
Living with hypermobility affects more than just your joints — it influences how your whole system responds and adapts. Meaningful change happens when we take the time to explore how your body responds, what it needs, and how it adapts.
Together, we create space to listen rather than push, to experiment rather than force, and to build strength and stability in a way that feels sustainable. This process requires patience, curiosity, and compassion — but it leads to deeper, longer-lasting change.
As someone who lives with hypermobility, I understand firsthand how complex it can be. My approach is rooted in the biopsychosocial understanding of pain and is always shaped around you.
